All members shall comply with this By-law and with the following requirements:
Perform home inspections according to the OAHI Standards of Practice. The OAHI Standards of Practice are the Standards of Practice of the American Society of Home Inspectors (January 1, 2000 version).
Maintain Insurance, as described in Article 5.
Follow the OAHI Code of Conduct, Professional Practice and Conflict of Interest Guidelines, as set out in Article 18 of the By-laws.
Maintain membership fees in good standing.
Complete Mandatory Upgrading Requirements and Continuing Education Requirements, as described in Article 30 and Article 31.
In the event of written complaints which are not satisfactorily resolved, all non RHI members may be suspended from inferring any affiliation with the OAHI, participation in education programs, or the completion of the membership qualification process.
