We perform pre-purchase inspections of apartments, houses and small apartment buildings. These inspections are conducted according to the standard of practice and code of ethics of the Ontario Association of Home Inspectors (OAHI).
The inspection does not report on the aesthetics of the building but is concentrated on the structure and functionality of the building and it's visible components.
Inspection Lizotte in conjunctions with RespirCare offer testing and analysis of allergens, asthma triggers and mold. Since indoor allergens can play a significant role in triggering asthma attacks it is important to recognize potential asthma triggers indoors and reduce your exposure to those triggers.
With today's technology, indoor environments can be tested for asthma triggers and other allergens quickly and affordably.
